Transit with Activ
Use the free Activ app to effectively manage your transit documents and speed up customs clearance in Switzerland. The app provides a simple process for entering vehicle and document data.
Instructions
Enter the vehicle's registration number and country of registration (tractor unit).
Enter the numbers of your T1/T2 transit documents (MRN) by hand or by scanning them with your camera.
Tap “Drive off” (only once).
Leave the app open in the background and drive off.
When crossing the border: show the check result (phone screen) to the customs officers.
Important
- Mobile reception/activated roaming is required.
- Enter your transit documents before you reach the border.
- Leave the app open in the background for the entire journey (do not close the app).
- Use the app only once per journey (the journey will be blocked in case of multiple entries).
