• The app isn't working. What should I do? (For example: Unable to scan transit documents; telephone has no battery/reception/roaming; other technical problems

  Contact the customs officers at the border crossing and hand over the transit documents.

• How can I add or delete T1/T2 transit documents (MRN)?

  Before you start your journey, i.e. before you send the data: you can make as many corrections as you like.

  During the journey: Tap “Edit trip”. You can now delete an MRN or add new ones.

• How can I correct the vehicle registration number?

  Before you start your journey, i.e. before you send the data: you can make as many corrections as you like.

  During the journey: Tap “Edit trip”. You can now change the registration number.

• I have an error message (warning triangle) on my phone. What must I do?

  Call the phone number shown, or contact the customs officers at the border crossing.

• Where can I download and update the Activ app?

  The app can only be downloaded and updated via Google Play and the Apple App Store. For security reasons and to ensure stable use, the FOCBS does not provide an APK file.
