Passar 1.0 has been in operation since 1 June 2023. Transit is now processed entirely in Passar. The current focus is on the changeover for exports. The system extension to imports (Passar 2.0) and the digitalisation of monitored procedures and paper forms (Passar 3.0) will be carried out from 2026 onwards.

Changeover to Passar for exports

The FOCBS and the business community have agreed to replace e-dec Export with Passar by 31 December 2025. In order to plan for this step, exporting companies should contact their customs clearance software provider.

Passar 2.0: BP ID to replace the CSP account
