Electronic assessment decisions in e-dec Export

The electronic assessment decision (eVV) provides companies with digital proof of their export customs declarations as E-dec transitions to Passar. Three methods for obtaining the eVV include access via UID and access code without prior registration.

E-dec will be gradually replaced by the new goods traffic system «Passar».

Since 1 January 2013, assessment decisions concerning electronic export customs declarations must be retrieved electronically. The following methods of retrieval are possible:

Via web service + e-mail service (registration/software required) Via web GUI (registration/software required) Via access code (no registration/software required)

(N.B. For performance reasons we have limited the range of dates for list queries to a maximum of 10 days for Import and a maximum of 30 days for Export.)
