DaziT facts and figures
The DaziT programme was officially launched on 1 January 2018. This rubric provides an opportunity to take stock of the achievements in transforming the FOCBS to date, with a particular focus on digitalisation, culture and cooperation.

Simplification and digitalisation
The systematic simplification and end-to-end digitalisation of FOCBS processes formally started with the launch of the DaziT programme on 1 January 2018 and will be completed by the end of 2026.

Flexibility and mobility
Thanks to refinements in its organisation, the FOCBS can react even more quickly and flexibly to situational changes.

Security
The FOCBS's transformation helps to increase border security for the population, businesses and the state.

Agility in DaziT
The FOCBS is consistently applying agile methods to implement the DaziT programme. Since summer 2019, the SAFe framework model has been used for overarching coordination.

Involved parties
The transformation of the FOCBS involves an active and close collaboration with numerous partner organisations and stakeholder groups.

And more besides
In four and a half years, the DaziT program has carried out significant WTO tenders and initiated a cultural transformation based on shared values. The net fluctuation remains consistently low.
