In four and a half years, the DaziT program has carried out significant WTO tenders and initiated a cultural transformation based on shared values. The net fluctuation remains consistently low.

  • In four and a half years of DaziT, 14 WTO tenders exceeding the threshold and 64 service procurements on a contractual basis were conducted in a mini-tender procedure from WTO tenders across the Confederation.
  • The cultural transformation is a long-term process and is centred around 5 shared values, which were identified in discussions between management and employees.
  • With a net fluctuation of around 2,5%, the number of staff leaving the FOCBS has remained consistently below the Federal Administration average, even during the transformation.
