Emotach/HVC (LSVA) II
The existing system for levying the HVC is being completely renewed. The replacement by the new system (HVC/LSVA III) must be completed by the end of 2025.

Removal instructions:
Please note the following points before removal:
- An HVC III connection solution must be in place before removing the Emotach device
- With the NATRAS solution, the Emotach device's connection cable and bracket can continue to be used
- Submit the final mileage declaration to the FOCBS immediately before removal
- Emotach devices must be disposed of independently as electronic waste
