Uniform appearance
Following the entry into force of the new official name on 1 January 2022, the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) has gradually renamed its buildings, operating resources, IT applications, websites and email addresses.
The radiating cross and the four-language inscription Zoll-Douane-Dogana-Duana identify vehicles and uniforms. The FOCBS uniforms are based on the army's new clothing system (MBAS) and are expected to be delivered in 2025; in the meantime, operational personnel received a standard uniform in mid-2021.
