Until and including the year 1987, the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) published several volumes of uncommented annual statistics in book format.

Historical annual statistics

Until and including the year 1987, the Federal Customs Administration published several volumes of uncommented annual statistics in book format. The bilingual yearly statistics included numerous tables according to goods and countries (Volume I) as well as according to countries and goods (Volume II). Until 1998 an additional annual statistic was published according to means of transport, goods for processing, border traffic and customs revenues.
On request, the publications are available back to the year 1888. The publications are only available in French and German.
