Request for payment by instalments
On request, the FOCBS may permit payment by instalments (art. 16 para. 2 CR FDF) if due payment would lead to considerable economic or social consequences.
The FOCBS may request further information or documents (extract from the debt collection register, etc.) in order to examine the application.
In consideration of the instalment payment agreement, punctual payment of the outstanding invoices and the agreed instalments is demanded.
If the agreed payment instalments are not paid in due time, all instalment arrangements are cancelled instantly and the receivables are due immediately.
Interest on default (art. 186 para. 2 CR) will be charged on all receivables from the net due date.
