New list of customs offices
Our list of customs offices has been completely revised. You can now filter results based on your specific query – and immediately see the relevant opening hours, contact details and addresses. And this is now also available on your mobile phone.
Whether you want to bring your dog into the country, have an ATA Carnet stamped, or deal with any other customs matter: simply select your query using the Search function. The interactive map of Switzerland shows you immediately where to obtain the required service. Green means: the office is open right now. Offices marked in red do not offer this service at the selected time (you can set the time yourself).
When you click on an office, your selected query and the relevant opening hours appear at the top of the screen, with the contact details and address shown underneath.
