The four Operations Centres are manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

They coordinate the operations and process and distribute search warrants and information. They offer specialists or reinforcements and support employees by telephone and online in the event of clarifications during checks.

Individuals can also contact the Operations Centres. If you have observed suspicious activity in an area near the border (e.g. smugglers), then call one of our four Operations Centres using our freephone number.
