Legal bases of the Precious Metal Control

All precious metal articles (incl. mixed articles), multimetal articles, plated articles and imitations, of foreign or local manufacture, placed on the market in Switzerland, must conform to the legal, material and formal requirements, of the provisions governing the precious metals control.

The legal bases of the provisions governing the precious metals control are:
