  • In four and a half years of DaziT, 12 WTO tenders exceeding the threshold and 58 service procurements on a contractual basis were conducted in a mini-tender procedure from WTO tenders across the Confederation.

  • The cultural transformation is a long-term process and is centred around 5 shared values, which were identified in discussions between management and employees.

  • With a net fluctuation of around 2%, the number of staff leaving the FOCBS has remained consistently below the Federal Administration average, even during the transformation.$

  • The developments in the DaziT programme were documented and examined in 45 monthly status reports, 8 key ICT project reports, 15 reports by an independent external quality assurance body, 3 reports by the Swiss Federal Audit Office (SFAO) and numerous reports by the FOCBS's internal audit unit.
